Open lid and apply oil to pressure points such as wrists and behind the ear – wherever you can smell the scent from! Inhale the scent and focus.
If able, practice some simple breathing exercises, regulating your breath. Sit in a state of peace, focusing on regulating your breath, the third eye chakra and the colour indigo only.
