Open lid and apply oil to pressure points such as wrists and behind the ear – wherever you can smell the scent from! Inhale the scent and focus on stability and grounding.
If able, practice some simple breathing exercises, regulating your breath. Sit in a state of peace, focusing on regulating your breath, the root chakra and the colour red only. Set your intention with affirmations such as: I am safe, I am grounded, I am connected with the divine energy of Mother Earth.
