Soy wax, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense), Santalum album (Sandlewood), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus aurantium var.Amara (Neroli), Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus).

How To Use
Burn for a minimum of 2 hours to ensure a clean burn, without funnelling. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm. Once the fragrance has filled the environment around you, practice some simple breathing exercises, regulating your breath. Sit in a state of peace, focusing on regulating your breath, the Third Eye & Crown chakras and the colours indigo, violet or white. Set your intention with affirmations such as: I see clearly, I trust my intuition, I am connected to my higher self. Do not leave lit candles unattended. Replace lid once flame has been extinguished.
