Prunus dulcis (Almond Oil), Boswellia carterii (Frankincense), Santalum album (Sandlewood), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus aurantium var.Amara (Neroli), Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus).

 

How To Use
  Open lid and apply oil to pressure points such as wrists and behind the ear – wherever you can smell the scent from! Inhale the scent and focus on connecting with the universe. If able, practice some simple breathing exercises, regulating your breath. Sit in a state of peace, focusing on regulating your breath, the Third Eye & Crown chakras and the colours indigo, violet or white. Set your intention with affirmations such as: I see clearly, I trust my intuition, I am connected to my higher self.
