So what do chakras do?

Chakras allow for balance and regulation of all bodily processes – from organ function, to immune system & emotions. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, governing specific functions that make you who you are. They also have associations with different colours.

In a healthy, balanced person, the 7 chakras provide the right balance of energy to every part of your body, mind, and spirit.

But, if one of your chakras spins too quickly, is blocked, or moves slowly, your health will suffer. The aim is for each chakra to be balanced and aligned, both individually and with the other chakras, allowing the free movement of #prana (energy) through the body.

By learning about the chakras, you can become more in tune with the natural energy cycles of your body and to connect physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances with the chakras that empower them. With these discoveries, you can begin to balance your chakras and live a healthy and harmonious life.
